For processes that cannot be supported by any of our standard solutions, the Blueriq Case Platform can be deployed. This cloud solution contains a ready-made case system with basic processes such as requests, distribution and assessment. But also deadline monitoring, letters, notifications and dashboards. You also directly use the included CMS and DMS and make use of DigiD, eRecognition and Office365.
To fully customize case handling, the Case Platform can be quickly and easily adapted and expanded. Hosting in your own data center is also an option. If commodity IT is already present (such as DMS and CRM), the Case Platform can also integrate with it.

The Case application is easily accessed via our AWS platform. A Soc2 certified platform that is also the basis for our SaaS services. Prefer to host the application in your own environment? That is also possible. Blueriq's comprehensive service is designed to ensure that Blueriq applications are always available. And you are assured of the latest Blueriq version and security patches.
