The Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA) receives approximately 30,000 reports of potential violations of food and product laws each year. These reports are recorded, assessed, and processed through the application "Basisvoorziening Meldingen" (BVM), designed by Blueriq. Subsequently, the notifications are further managed within the organization through the implementation of a 'case-oriented approach.'
VfPf is involved in the reintegration of primary school staff who receive unemployment benefits. In 2022, they launched an ambitious project to support their primary process with a case management system, which also required reconfiguring and connecting all related systems to a new architecture.
