Thanks to increased self-service for municipalities. This allows citizens to handle more online themselves, and officials have less to do.
One municipality is not the other. Thanks to Blueriq technology, modules are designed so that you can respond to this quickly.
Developing a module takes six months, from idea to implementation.
The world is changing, the government is changing with it. In many Dutch municipalities there is a desire to work more and more efficiently and to improve the quality of service. The ultimate goal: putting the citizen first.
"You can see that organizations are increasingly aware that the right digital solutions are essential to achieving these goals," says Tjerk Venrooy, managing director of PinkRoccade Publiekszaken. 'This is why, with the help of Blueriq, we designed an IT solution that optimally supports local government in this: iBurgerzaken. It is a total solution that is subdivided into various modules, for example iBirth, iTravel documents and iResidence & Address.
Through these modules, citizens themselves can declare a birth at home, apply for a new passport or report a change of address. This is not only a service for the citizen - who no longer has to queue at the town hall to arrange his affairs - but also for the civil servant. Because the citizen takes much of the work out of his hands, more time is left for personal service and control. In short, doing his job. The result for municipalities? Satisfied citizens, less workload for officials, fewer errors. I am proud that we were able to achieve this - by bringing together the knowledge of PinkRoccade and Blueriq.

iBurgerzaken has now been in existence for five years. Business engineer Bertil Rebergen remembers well why PinkRoccade chose the Blueriq platform at the time to build the application. 'The big advantage of the Blueriq platform is, in a word: flexibility. We wanted to develop a product that we could use for all municipalities, despite the fact that their IT runs on different systems. With Blueriq, this is possible.'
