The Alliantie and Blueriq are shaping their collaboration in a new way within the current landscape.
The collaboration between the Alliantie and Blueriq began in 2011 with the aim of facilitating the work of customer contact center employees. With the help of Blueriq technology, employees could assist customers more quickly and easily by using decision trees.
In 2015, the Alliantie launched a visual application that allows customer service employees to provide tenants with a suitable answer within five clicks. In the years that followed, the applications - and the collaboration - were further expanded and optimized.
