The 5 layers of our platform

The Blueriq Platform consists of 5 different layers that allow organizations to further strengthen their digital power: Engage, Work, Decide, Learn and Adapt.

Engage

Engage gives organizations the power to smartly shape interactions with customers, citizens, partners and employees. The Blueriq Platform helps do this by enabling all common forms of interaction. Regardless of the form of interaction chosen by the customer or employee, Blueriq always provides an unambiguous personalized response based on the known data. We call this working from a single truth while taking into account (legal) frameworks. This form of intelligent interaction empowers customers, citizens and employees by showing or asking only what is relevant.

Work

Work ensures the execution of the process in the service of the employee or customer. Only the activities that are needed are performed and no redundant actions are required due to the smart cooperation between automated knowledge tasks and tasks for employees or customers. The customer's question is the focus of a case. This case provides a relevant composition of all available data within the organization and makes a dashboard available to all involved. Each person involved sees here only the information relevant to him at that moment. The employee can start tasks from the dashboard and easily follow the progress of the case. In this way, everyone works from one central truth.

Decide

Business knowledge and rules often reside on paper or in the heads of knowledge workers. The Decide layer of the Blueriq Platform allows this knowledge to be legibly and maintainably captured as a basis for further automation of a process, for example. As the (legal) variability and/or complexity of this business knowledge increases, the value of knowledge modeled in Blueriq becomes more apparent. To make the automated decisions available in the landscape, they can be accessed via an API.

Learn

Many rules stem from legislation or product policies. By explicitly identifying the source of these automated rules, it is traceable how the translation from policy to implementation was made. This basis can be used to learn where the inconsistencies and opportunities are in order to then make changes to the solution more effectively.

Making the use of policies visible, makes it clear what rules exist, how they are used and whether it is right for them to be called. Explain makes this possible. Policies (see image) can also capture the source of the rules or policies, for tracking the translation of rules to implementation. The combination of these factors gives each organization the right tools to improve their own processes for the benefit of service delivery.

Adapt

The Adapt layer of the Blueriq platform empowers organizations to be agile. With Blueriq, organizations can respond quickly when requested, based on high quality accelerators. The way Blueriq is put down also allows a clear separation of responsibilities. This allows each component to have its own life cycle.
