In the years following the project phase, during which the entire implementation was carried out under Blueriq's management, PinkRoccade Local Government transitioned to a situation where they established their own teams, which now develop independently using Blueriq software.
In the current collaboration, we learn a great deal from each other through knowledge sharing in the areas of domain, product, and cloud development. Additionally, PinkRoccade Local Government contributes significantly to Blueriq's product development by providing direct input and feedback as a stakeholder on delivered releases and the product roadmap.
PinkRoccade Local Government is currently working hard on taking a new step toward more proactive service delivery based on life events. This involves making data available via APIs to enable service delivery within the chain and directly to citizens. This shift is also referred to as moving from process-driven service delivery to service delivery based on life events. Blueriq software is highly suited to making this possible.
In the final month of 2022, both organizations entered into a renewed 5-year agreement, ensuring that PinkRoccade Local Government will continue using Blueriq software for its iBurgerzaken product, and both organizations will continue to inspire each other to develop and innovate.
