For a fixed monthly fee, you purchase the full end-to-end application. You can also choose to use your own CRM and/or DMS system. We provide adapters that enable the configuration of the integration. In this way, you make the application part of your own IT domain.
Every Blueriq solution is offered by default as a SaaS solution. You don't have to worry about it. The application is available 24/7, backup and restore processes are in place and monitoring of the service is arranged.
Updates to the Blueriq Platform and the Blueriq Case Platform (such as new functionalities and security patches) and other components are incorporated directly into the Blueriq solution so that you always have a reliable and secure solution.
The solution we provide is the same (standard) for every customer. Through smart configuration of the application, we can make the application fit your needs as closely as possible. By applying our unique DCM case engine, the user experiences a personalized customer journey because it exactly matches the customer's specific situation.
Blueriq implementation consultants are available to configure the solution. An implementation usually takes no more than two weeks after which you can start using the application immediately.
We already have ready-made solutions for the following processes, and we are currently preparing solutions for other standard processes such as Complaints and Subsidies.
Blueriq makes it possible to optimally support lawyers, officials and other stakeholders during the processing of an objection.
Inspections should be traceable at all times and handled according to applicable laws and regulations. With Blueriq, this remains guaranteed.
For non-standard government processes, we deploy the Blueriq Case Platform.
